The subtitle name for season three has been revealed! Guardian- Season 3: Corruption shall be the name throughout the series. Up above you is the official banner for season three! Now, without further ado, here's the season three premiere!

Chapter 53: A Fateful Encounter

Zaraku looked admirably at Yamiraku.













He had long, straight white hair that was split evenly. His eyes were as black as the night, and he had a bored expression on his face. He was wearing a purple collar shirt and matching purple cargo pants. He stared down upon Zaraku and Andrew with much confusion clouding his mind. Where was he? What happened? Is he still alive?

"And who might you two be?" Yamiraku asked curiously, seeing him as a threat. Zaraku gave a grin of excitement.










"You may call me Zaraku. Notice how our names are alike!? My mother named me after you. It is quite an honor to be in your presence." he said. Yamiraku, not listening or caring to what he just said, pointed to Andrew. Zaraku gave a shifty glare at Yamiraku. "Oh, and that's Andrew, my apprentice." Zaraku added.

Yamiraku just stared at Zaraku. He thought he was a very strange man. He had an interest in Andrew though. He sensed great power in him. "This boy, he knows dark spells, I sense it in his aura. yet it doesn't seem like he got them from you. Just who is he?!" Yamiraku asked. Zaraku looked at Andrew with envy. He wondered why Yamiraku only wanted to talk to about him. "Well, you see, no one can truly learn dark spells on their own. Darkness must be absorbed into their spirit, while the darkness infects their entire body. And only then can someone use chaos energy." Zaraku explained.

"Chaos energy? What are you talking about!?" Yamiraku asked. "Ugggh I really hate explaining things. But, Yamiraku, I have a proposal for you." Zaraku said. Yamiraku's interest in Zaraku suddenly peaked.

"What would that be?" he asked sternly. "You were trapped in that stone for over thousands of years, and it's all those ridiculous Guardian's faults. With your power, we could crush them like the piece of trash they are. They'll pay for what they did to me, especially Hayashi."

"I'm not interested in revenge, and even if I was, I'm afraid my dark powers have disappeared." Yamiraku stated, "Being trapped in that demonic stone for so long has completely depleted me of my chaos energy. I must find the Dark Volume to restore my power. Do you know where it is?"

Zaraku turned away and looked with disdainful anger. "The Guardians banished that book far away in a forbidden area of the Spirit Realm many years ago. I was the last one to find it before it was taken from me." he said.

"The Dark Volume is missing!?! Now these Guardians are really starting to be a nuisance to me. Perhaps I will help you destroy them." Yamiraku said in a furious anger.

"Then follow me. Let's take a little trip to the S.P.A." Zaraku said. Yamiraku agreed, and the trio set out on their destination.

"Not so fast Zaraku!" a voice suddenly yelled out in the distance. A blinding figure dashed steadily by, and stopped in front of Zaraku. His bushy red hair flowed with the wind. He held out a long, thin blade.

"Hello, Kotaro..." Zaraku said softly.

OMG!!! I LEIK TOTALLY AM LIKE '0_0'. Kool thats kool. lol. Great first chapter. A Tad Short but its all good. 9/10.

Chapter 54: Savior

Back at the Spirit Realm...

"KEN!!!!!!" Kate screamed. The leader pulled out his gun and shot Kate in the shoulder. Her eyes widened, and she fell to the ground and collasped. Ken swung his blade at the man, but the sword went right through him. Ken went through the man's body.

"What the!?" Ken said. The mysterious man's body seemed transparent now. Static was crackling on the surface of his body. His body kept fading back and forth. "This is a hologram." the man said. It was just an illusion, a hologram produced by lasers.

"You coward!" Ken exclaimed in anger, but suddenly he paused. He turned to see that Kate had been shot. His eyes then widened with fear. 'No.....no...no..NO! This can't be happening!!!' he thought to himself. The woman who held Kate captive grabbed her body and held it off the edge of the cliff.

"STOP!!!" Ken yelled in anger. "We told you, we don't show NO MERCY!" the woman exclaimed, letting go of Kate. Kate violently began falling. "Kate!!!" Ken said, running off the edge of the cliff and jumping down. He was falling straight to his death also.

'I'm sorry Kate! I tried to save you. But I'll at least die with you.' Ken thought to himself. A single tear flew upwards from his eyes.

"KEN!!!!" Hiro shouted, running towards them. It was too far away to make it in time. They were less then 100 feet away from hitting the ground.

Meanwhile...back on Earth...

"I've been searching all around for you." Kotaro said, holding out his blade, "Been having fun with your little experiments!?"

Zaraku simply grinned at Kotaro. "You fool. Do you know what power I possess now? This is Yamiraku, the creator of the Dark Volume!" Yamiraku's eyes widened. He looked like he had seen a ghost.

"It's you..." he mumbled. Yamiraku's eyes then shifted to a pulsing anger.

"Zaraku, whatever you do, you must kill him!!!" he yelled. His once timid, quiet, emotionless expression was now a furious anger. Zaraku looked at Yamiraku with confusion. He wondered what suddenly got into him.

"Yamiraku. I've heard about you. I don't know why you were sealed into a demon stone, but I'm going to make sure the both of you never see the light of day again." Kotaro said.

"Whoa. Such hostility. No matter, I'm sure it'll only take ten seconds to stop his breathing!" Zaraku said. Chaos energy was pulsing throughout Zaraku's left hand.

Back at the Spirit Realm...

Ken's blade was sheathed at the side of his waist. But it suddenly began to glow. A blinding light burst from it. Ken and Kate made impact on the ground. The dust and smoke resulted from the impact, and in moments it settled and faded away. Kate was unconscious. Ken was lying down. He was lying on something. Beneath him felt like black feathers.

"Huh....? Am I....a-alive?" he mumbled to himself. He opened his eyes and saw that he was atop a large creature. It's black feathers spread out. It stretched out it's body, causing Ken to lose balance and fall off of it.

"Ow!" Ken said. He looked up and saw her. It was Mavel. She had came out of the Phoenix Blade. Her appearance was as graceful as ever.

"Mavel! You saved us!" Ken said. "Yes, but the one who needs saving now is that girl." she said. Mavel suddenly began to glow. Her body began to change.

"What are you doing!?" Ken said. Mavel suddenly poofed in a cloud of smoke. When the smoke cleared, a mysterious woman appeared...

















Ken's eyes widened in shock. The woman was tall and petit. She had dark skin and long black hair. Feathers adorned around her ponytail. And she had three long, sharp black feathers wrapped on her right wrist. She wore a white blouse and a long black skirt. Her eyes were a bright, fiery orange color.

"Mavel?" Ken asked.

LEIK AWESOME. 10/10 a tad short but I lik medium and this was Medium. Extra long isnt particularly my favorite. This was very descriptove and creative. It makes you eager to know what happens next.

Pretty good chapter. I like it. Interesting to see what's going to happen next.

Chapter 55: Royale!

Atop of the mountain, the hologram of the Corruption leader was slowly fading.

"Looks like you've reached your limit, Raikotsu." he said, turning to one of his henchmen. He had long white hair and a silver jacket, and wore a light blue mask with a red jewel covering the left eye part of the mask. "No matter, just annihilate them!" and the hologram vanished. The remaining twelve subordinates all jumped down, except for one, who stayed atop. He had a large sniper rifle in his hand.

"They're coming!!!" Hiro yelled. "Ken, Kate, and Mavel seem to be okay. We gotta stall time for them!" Van said. Hiro pulled out his HeavyBlade, but then he turned around to see Novan sitting down on the ground, whimpering.

"I-I..I-I'mm s-sscared!" he said, violently shaking in fear, holding his two yo-yos in his hand. Hariken approached Novan and punched him on top of his head. "Get up you wimp!!! You're just going to let Ken and Kate die!?" he exclaimed, pulling out his fan, "Guardians protect the lives of the ones they care about to the end, EVEN IF IT MEANS DEATH!" Hariken jumped into the air and swung his fan, producing a huge burst of sharp winds at their opponents. Some of them were knocked back by the wind.

Three of the Corruption members all had swords in their hands. They wore white masks that had no patterns on them. One of them wore a black shirt and black sweatpants. The other two had long red hair and wore ninja-like outfits.

"We'll kill the boy first!" the three chanted in unison.

They all teleported in an instant, and they appeared in a circle around Novan, their swords armed.

"Oh please..." Hariken said with a smirk. He disappeared in a swirling rotation of wind and appeared high above the air, "Air Cutting Blade!!!" he exclaimed, sending sharp blades of wind straight at them. The blades cut all three of them right through their chest, and they were instantly killed. Hariken landed back on the ground, his face sweating. He then began to fan himself.

"I fought to protect you Novan. Now tell me, who are you going to protect!? Yourself, or your friends?" Hariken said.

Novan stood there in shock. He grasped tight to his two yo-yos.

"He's right! I have to be strong! To protect my mother!!!" he said, his face in anger. An aura of spiritual energy surrounded him.

Meanwhile, Hiro was off in a distance, blocking dozens of knives that were being thrown at him. A Corruption assassin stood in front of him. He was a tall, muscular man, and had long brown dreadlocks and a blue mask. Oddly, he had an incredibely long-sleeved black shirt that was about three times his shirt size. The sleeves ran down to his knees.He swung his arm forward and out came a dozen more knives, which Hiro blocked with his blade.

"Nothing up my sleeve..." the man said tauntingly. He held out his arm, and out of his sleeve came a dozen more knives. Hiro jumped and dodged them. Hiro was sweating nervously. The knives were almost as fast as a bullet, and he couldn't just keep dodging them forever.

'What's with these knives!? They are coming out of his sleeves, that's the trick to them. And only twelve of them come out at one time. That's when I go for a counter-attack!!' he thought to himself.

The strange man launched twelve more knives, and Hiro sidestepped to dodge them. But suddenly, the knives turned around and came straight after Hiro again. Hiro jumped and dodged them, but again they changed direction, chasing after Hiro. Hiro's eyes widened in shock, as he tried to get away from the flying knives.

"What is this!? Are these knives heatseekers!?" Hiro yelled. The man began to laugh.

"No, these knives are special. They lock on the opponent's released spiritual energy, and seek it out, like a missile. You can't escape their path!!!"

Hiro's expression suddenly turned into confusion. He held out his sword and blocked most of the knives, but two came around the blade and struck him in the shoulder and in the chest. Hiro winced in pain,
carefully pulling out the knives.

'These things are seeking out my spirit energy!?! I have to stop him...' Hiro said. The assassin shot twelve more knives at Hiro. Hiro held out his sword and swung it down at the blades, stopping all of them.

"Don't worry, I'll make your death quick and painless..." he said.

"Kate!!! Kate!!! Wake up!!!" Ken said, crying. Kate was still unconscious, and she was dangerously bleeding in all of her wounds.

"Calm down Ken!" Mavel said. "I don't understand! Who are you!?" Ken asked.

"Why I'm Mavel of course." she said, laughing, "But I'll explain it later. Right now, we have to save Kate before she dies." Ken turned to Mavel.

"But how!? What can you do to help!? She's in a coma and she's bleeding!!! We need to get her to some kind of hospital!!!" Ken yelled in anger. Mavel then punched Ken right in the jaw, knocking him to the ground.

"Shut up and listen! Don't ever talk to me like that! I'm a woman you know!!!" Mavel yelled. Ken got back up and wiped the blood from his mouth. "A woman!? I thought you were a bird!!!" he yelled back. "I'm NOT A BIRD I'M A PHOENIX!!!" she shouted. The two then calmed down, turning back to Kate.

"There is a way to heal her....but it's risky..." Mavel said. She held out one of her feathers and put it in Ken's hand.

"This is the 'Pain-Splitting Feather.' All you have to do is ignite the feather and spread it's ashes over Kate. The ashes will heal her body, and hopefully, wake her up." Mavel then looked sad, her head down.

"What's wrong!? What's the risk!!? What's the catch!!?" Ken said.

"During this healing process, your body won't be able to move, and any pain, bleeding, and thoughts Kate is feeling will be transfered to you. If you can't endure this pain long enough for her body to be healed, you'll BOTH die." she stated.

Ken's eyes widened in shock. He looked down at the black feather that was in his hand. His arm was shaking in fear. Could he go through with this!?

Of course he can go through this. He's the Hero of this Shonen series and the heroes can go through anything.

Thanks. Ken is afraid of being in pain, so this will be a tough decision (But of course he's going to go through with it!!! ^_^)

And you should reread the second-to-last sentence of that chapter, I had to add in one word that I forgot to type in. ^_^

It makes the whole situation even more scarier... >.<
