Croc would win.Fire really wouldn't do much against sand, but sand can put out fire.

It can go either way. Light a match and set a piece of paper on fire, then dump sand on it. The fire will go out. He could turn him into glass, but it's not likely.

Just like they say, if Ace can raise his heat high enough, he can turn Croc into glass, and shatter the glass in a simple One-two punch. If he can bring up the heat, um... he could eat some halepenos or something.
