Episode 53: A Second Chance At Life

A Sho-centric episode (But no past, sorry)

Since Alister, Dimitri, and Sam were taken, panic had arisen among the survivors. Sho was about to tell Valon that he was his brother when he was interrupted by the news. Aaron's commotion drew everyone outside. Aaron told everyone what they were planning and that he could find no trace of Alister, Sam, or Dimitri. Kelly asked "Listen, are you sure they were kidnapped, maybe they left without you, or are just playing you." Aaron replied "That’s BS, they were kidnapped, I’m sure of it. Ganner must have somehow known of our plan, but I have no idea how. All I know is that we have to go and find them, before Ganner kills them. We have to form a team, a team of about 12 of us, and we have to storm wherever it is Ganner has taken them, and get them back." Ryo replied, "I think your full of it. If Ganner has taken them, whose to say that they are even still alive? We could be walking right into a trap, and I’m not in the mood to die." Aaron said "Come on guys, we cant just assume that they are dead. They are fellow survivors, we have to go and help them." Ken said, "ALISTER, is a fellow survivor. Dimitri and Sam came later. They're rejects from that satanic cult that maniac runs, just like you are. I know Alister, and he can take care of himself, so I don’t see the point in putting our lives in danger just to help out two people who just aren’t good enough for him, and who are probably dead right now." After this, everyone but Sho went back into their suites and left Aaron alone outside. Sho said to Aaron "I believe you, and I believe that at least one of them is still alive. And I will convince them to help you, and soon." Aaron replied, "I just hope that I’m right, and that they are still alive. There’s also one thing I didn’t mention to the others." Sho asked, "What’s that?" Aaron said in reply "This is going to be a 'kill' mission. I plan to take out Ganner in this mission, and maybe get out of this stinkin town." Sho said, "You wont be able to kill Ganner, no matter how hard you try. At least not yet." Aaron said "And how can you be so sure of that?" Sho answered, "Trust me, I just know."

A few days past, and no support arose for Aaron. The time was ticking away fast. Every second that passed was another chance for Ganner to have killed their friends. Sho, although he wanted to get support for Aaron, had one other plan to get out of the way first. He went into Valon's room, and the two continued from they left off before they were interrupted. Sho finally got up the courage and told Valon that he was his brother. For about an hour, Valon told Sho that he was crazy and that it was impossible, but once Sho explained, Valon finally believed. He said "Oh my gosh, your not kidding are you?" Sho said, "No, I’m not. I swear to you, it is 100% true. I know it now. You see, during the months that I was in that coma, it was like one long dream to me. I remember it clearly. It opened my eyes to a lot of things." Valon said, "Ok, ok, so why are you telling me this?" Sho said "Because, we need to do whatever possible to make us strong in this time, we need to band together, and secrets don’t bind, they tear people apart. Now, as my brother, I want to ask you a favor." Valon asked "What, you want me to go on Aaron's little hunt?" Sho said, "Yes, I do. We wont be able to kill Ganner, but I know that if we hurry, we can still save at least one of them." Valon replied "So, your saying that he killed one of them already? And how do you know that? You aren’t there, and don’t tell me that your dream told you?" Sho said "Listen, since my dream, I’ve been getting feelings, feelings that usually have turned out to be right. I don’t know what's happening with me, but I have to trust these feelings. And I need my brothers to support me in this. So, what do you say?" Valon said, "Fine, I’m in."

Jaden returned to his suite. Bella was still tied up. She said to him "You do realize that this is abuse. I'll sue your *** off." Jaden said, "Oh, now this I gotta see. You’re going to sue me. Ok, find yourself a lawyer, a judge, and a courtroom." Bella said "That’s not funny, come on, I haven’t changed clothes in days now. You are just being cruel." Jaden replied, "Well, I wonder why. Your only a prisoner from that cult." Bella said, "I’m not part of that anymore. I never wanted to be in the first place. This is just cruel and mean. Come on, this is ridiculous. Let me at least take a shower to freshen up, I'll let you watch if that’s what you want." Jaden said, "Man, I knew Eon members were evil, but I had no idea that they were perverted. Give me one good reason as to why I should unchain you, and that you wont make a run for it." Bella said, "I have nothing to run to. I’m done with those jerks. Plus, I can help you. How you might ask? Well, I heard that 3 of you guys were taken. I can lead you straight to them." Jaden said "And how do I know you wont lead us into a trap?" Bella said "Because, I hate Ganner. He forced me to join him, and I want him dead. I want to help you bring him down." Jaden said "Fine, I'll unchain you for now, but I’m going to hold you to that. You are going to take us to him, and if you don’t, I'll personally snap your neck." Bella said "Its a deal, now unchain me." As Jaden was releasing her, Bella said "Hey, why would I leave this place anyway? I got shelter, running water, and a hot guy to lust after. That’s something that I DONT have with Ganner. So trust me when I say, that I’m not going anywhere." Jaden said, "Well, I think I can trust you." Bella said "Really? Why the sudden change of heart?" Jaden replied, "I dunno, just a feeling. Hey were you serious when you offered to let me WATCH you?" Bella said, "Yes, why, you change your mind?" Jaden said "Yes, I think I will watch, just to make sure you don’t try anything funny." Jaden than fully released Bella and she took off her clothes and stepped into the shower. As the water was running, she called out to Jaden. "So, you satisfied, you get to look a pretty girl, and get help getting revenge on the man you hate. That’s quite a deal, don’t you think?" Jaden replied, "Hmmmm, yes, this might turn out alright after all. But, I wasn’t kidding. If you double-cross me, I will kill you. Remember that."

The next morning, Sho called everyone outside to speak with them. Everyone but Jaden and Bella quickly ran outside. Bella was asleep on the floor still, unchained. Jaden got her up. He said, "Come on sleepyhead. Get up, I want you to hear something." She said "Hey, come on, you saw me naked last night, doesn’t that merit me sleeping in just a bit?" Jaden said "NO, now get up and come with me." Jaden than brought her outside just as Sho began to speak. Sho told everyone about his dream while he was in a coma and tried to convince them to trust in Aaron and go with him to help his friends. He said to them "I know, that he wasn’t one of us from the start, but he is now. You see, in this town, we are all alike. Each and every one of us is part of a bigger battle, a battle not possibly on earth. When I was in this dream, I think I was told that this is all one big mental battle between two great powers, and we are just caught in the middle of it. I don’t know if it’s true, or if it’s just a figure of speech. But what I do know is that if we don’t start fighting back TOGETHER, that we will all be killed, one by one. That’s how he is picking us off, slowly. And when our guard is low enough, he'll finish us all off at once. Ganner is evil, and now he has some of US in captivity. Sure, he might have killed them already, but if just one of them is still alive, than it still merits going. Because, each and every one of us is precious, a precious life. Despite the evil and terrible things that have happened to us so far, this is a second chance for us. It’s a chance for us to erase our past, and look towards the future. Whether or not we are all in some mental state, some remote corner of earth, or a new world entirely, we all have to fight to get back to civilization, and start fresh. So no matter what has happened to us in the past, we must move past that, in order to reach the future. Whether there were crimes committed against us, against our loved ones, or if we ourselves committed crimes, we must all put that aside now, and unite to fight for our future. ANYONE and everyone who wants to fight for their future, a righteous future, will be welcomed, no matter who they are. Sure, some of us may not survive this fight, but if we don’t fight, we will all just die anyway, and we will die in self-pity, and die in sorrow. We have to stand together, to fight a common enemy. So it doesn’t matter if we WERE part of Ganner's cult, as long as we have reformed out ways, we deserve to fight for our future. So, Valon, my newfound brother, and I will join Aaron's group, so we need 9 more of you, to join us. The rest of you will stay here and be prepared for the final battle. So whose with me?" Jaden stepped forward "I’m with you" Than Ryo and Ken stepped forward and did the same. Bella, Alexis and Kelly came next and soon Sho convinced everyone. Sho and Aaron were moved to tears. Sho said "Ok, so Aaron, myself, Valon, Alexis, Jaden, Ryo, Bella, Ken, Ed, Leon, Kelly, and Brier, will go to find everyone. Claire, I would you to stay here and be in charge of things. Tomorrow we will prepare, and than the next morning we will leave." Everyone cheered with Sho as they prepared for their most difficult battle yet. Sho stared on at his friends with a solemn stare, it seemed as if he knew something but wasn’t letting on. EXTERMINATION TO BE CONTINUED...
